Heathrow Express is now offering a free Wi-Fi service to all of our customers in conjuntion with TMobile. The TMobile Wi-Fi Hotspot provides a typical broadband connection speed of 2MBps which is available the entire length of the journey, even throughout the six kilometre tunnel.

TMobile has ensured that they offer the most secure service via their VPN (Virtual Private Network) software which provides the highest level of security for all users.

Whether customers need to check their emails, view flight information, or stay up to date with the latest news and entertainment, this free and uninterrupted Wi-Fi service allows passengers to make effective and enjoyable use of their travel time on Heathrow Express.

    You can get VPN software, but you may already have VPN facility on your router. The only problem is that without a fixed public IP address you will have difficulty reaching the server end of the connection.
